We have a flexible approach to manufacturing and are pleased to offer initial tool trialling and samples to volume production.  We offer injection moulding services for tools that we have manufactured ourselves or are supplied by our customers. As part of the service our highly trained staff can print, assemble and package your products and send them directly to your customer if required.

We offer plastic injection moulding processes using a number of injection moulding machines with 100 ton to 600 ton clamping force, to manufacture a wide variety of plastic components. Most thermoplastics can be processed by Injection Moulding. The table below lists some of the commonly used materials which are just a small sample of the many materials we process:

• Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene ABS

• Nylon PA

• Polycarbonate PC

• Polypropylene PP

• Polystyrene GPPS
