Established in 1982, Ertone Plastics has built a strong reputation as a quality designer and manufacturer of precision injection moulded plastic components. Everything from airline trolley trays, Plastic jugs and glasses, through to First Aid Boxes, Cutlery and receptacles of almost any shape and size. We have worked as valuable supplier to some of the worlds largest and most demanding companies continuously for over two decades, while always upholding the Ertone standard of quality.

Ertone Plastics offer a complete service from initial concept to full production of your injection moulded parts. This includes product design and material selection advice, prototype parts if required and tool manufacture. Our aim is to be your ideal partner guiding you through the process and helping you get your products to market as quickly as possible. We also offer additional services such as printing, welding, assembly and packaging. If you have existing tooling and would like to relocate this to our facility, our engineering team will be on hand to project mange this for you.
